first step done!
4 cups and saucers, 4 bowls, 4 plates, 4 chopsticks supports (not sure if it's called like that...). Now waiting for being fired. Than glazed! more photos to come!

Besides Ellis wedding gift, I am back to an old project: sculptured rings… those are the first ones. Each piece is totally handmade, sculpted, sanded… quite a work, but quite fun!

The new atelier has such a great ambiance! It really inspires me to come! Most of the time my “artists friends” are there: experimenting; daring; trying; creating amazing pieces. Dalia’s sculpture is finished, so are Neus jewellery. I will ask them for the final photos. Martin has changed spot – looking forward to see him installed and fully working!

that is what we use to say when we make a serie of pieces which are not exactly the same... they have a lot in common but aren't perfectly equal. But this is exactly the charm of handbuilding, isn't it? And my argument is: we are neither exactly the same... right?
